The Resources proposal covers sufficiency and competence of resources, their compatibility and integrations. Also covered is clarity on common objectives and roles and responsibilities.

4. Site:

This provides an assessment on requirements covering site data, site accessibility, site logistics, temporary facilities, availability of early drawings, status of permits to build etc.
